The JN Tata Endowment Higher Education of Indians

For Indian students pursuing full-time postgraduate, PhD, postdoctoral, and research fellowships abroad, the J. N. Tata Endowment offers one-time loan support. The loan amount ranges from one lakh to ten lakh rupees. Although it does not fully cover the cost of education, it does allow for partial travel grants of up to INR 50,000 for certain students.

To be considered for selection, the candidates must take an online test and interview. Online examination is based on the Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA), which is not subject-specific. The tough technical interview tests the candidate’s comprehension of present-day and upcoming topics. The candidate’s performance in the interview, academic performance, and test results all go into the ultimate decision.

  • The student must be a citizen of India and under 45 years old.

Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree
